We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return or exchange the goods according to the conditions set out below.
2. Conditions for returning goods
Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The product must be in its original condition: without signs of use, in the original packaging, with all tags and labels.
Items received that are defective due to our error may be returned at no additional cost.
Products that are custom-made or have specific conditions of use cannot be returned.
3. Conditions for exchange of goods
Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in the same condition as received: without damage, with tags and packaging intact.
Exchange is made for a similar product of a different size or model, if available in stock.
4. Return or exchange process
Please contact our support team using the contact details provided on the website.
Once your return or exchange is confirmed, you will be provided with shipping address information.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the goods are received with defects or do not correspond to the order.
5. Refunds
After receiving the goods and checking their condition, funds are returned to the same payment account from which payment was made within 7 working days.
Refunds are only possible if the item meets all return requirements.
6. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Products that show signs of use, damaged packaging or damage.
Shoes that have been worn or have had their appearance altered.
Products with broken seals, tags or individual order characteristics.
